Terms and Conditions

To be able to design and organise your personalised gift you should place your order two days (48 hours) prior to the delivery day.

Pretty Bonito Design will give you a range of hours for the hamper delivery, but you will be able to leave a note with the best suggested time and we will do our best to accommodate. In case that time is already booked we will contact you and try to arrange an alternative.

Items included in the hampers may vary due to stock availability at the time the order is placed. In this case, articles will be replaced for another piece of similar value.

For party decoration, the Pretty Bonito team are responsible for the transport and setting up of decorations (cost may apply for transport and set up), however we are not responsible for the removal of any disposable decorations, such as balloons. Any removal of decorations will come at an additional cost to the customer. Any non-disposable decorations remain the property of Pretty Bonito Design and will be collected the following day by our team. If any of these items are damaged or stolen, the customer will be charged for their replacement.

Please take care when selecting the date and time of delivery for your event and when reviewing the products you have chosen. Pretty Bonito Design takes no responsibility for incorrect product or delivery date selection. By ordering with Pretty Bonito Design you agree to all the above terms and conditions.

Refunds Policy

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order at the fault of Pretty Bonito Design and we are unable to come to an agreed solution for re-delivery we will refund your purchase in full.

If incorrect information is submitted on an order form, Pretty Bonito Design will not be held responsible.

In the very rare case of balloons being damaged in transit Pretty Bonito Design will replace the damaged product at our earliest opportunity.

Pretty Bonito Design take no responsibility for your balloon order after it has been safely delivered. Pretty Bonito Design will not refund, replace or exchange items that have been damaged due to lack of care or surrounding conditions.

In the unusual event that a substitution (balloons) becomes necessary, Pretty Bonito Design will match the colour or theme of the event as closely as possible. If a direct substitution or replacement is unavailable and we are unable to contact you for approval prior to delivery, we will proceed with the delivery using a substituted item of equal or greater value.

All of our Pretty Bonito designs are custom made.Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds (all of our designs go though a rigorous quality control process in the improbable event of a defect found present in one our designs a refund may be arranged).

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled via phone or email:

More than 48 hours notice - no cancellation fee.

Within 48 hours notice of the delivery time will be refunded less 20% cancellation fee.

Within 24 hours notice will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee.

Within 3 hours of the delivery time will be refunded at the discretion of the Pretty Bonito Design preparing your order.

You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation by email. If you have not heard back within 24 hours of your cancellation request please call us on 0440611129

No refunds are available for cancellations of goods once balloons have been inflated or goods have been dispatched.
