We are all concerned about Covid-19 virus and restricting the spread throughout our community. As this situation continues to progress, there is so much uncertainty around as none of us has experienced before. If you have questions about your booking or you want to move your event to a private residence or postpone the date please reach out to us via email.
We continue working as usual as much as we can and taking all the extra precautions required for everyone’s safety. We are taking every precaution to make sure your family and ours are healthy and able to work.
We will not continue working if we are sick or suspect that we are.
Please be aware:
Deposits already made are non-refundable, this has always been our policy, but we are keeping this credit for 12 months so our customers can still the event or a different celebration later on. Please go to our Refunds policy section.
If you place an order to be delivered from us, we will now be leaving all items at the front door in a safe place of residential houses and knocking/calling/ text message to ensure the recipient is notified about the delivery.
We won´t be delivering to hospitals, so we can stay safe as well as those ones in a delicate condition.
We are also practising social distancing and self-isolation as much as possible. Like sole traders, we usually work from home or our studio with non-frequent visitors or constant contact with others.
